Studio Policies

2024- 2025

Classes

We offer both recreation and competition team classes.  The competition team travels to 2 or more competition events each season. Class placement is not necessarily made by age, but by the skill level of the student. After the first few months of instruction, the studio will evaluate student’s performance and suggest new placements if necessary.

Tuition

The studio generally operates on a 9-month season beginning in September and ending with recital in late spring or early summer.  Competition classes normally continue on through June and July months. Tuition is due at the first class of every month. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are made online through our studio portal.  For your convenience you can choose to have your card charged automatically each month.

Registration Fee

$25 fee per student for new students.  Paid with first month tuition to hold class placement.

Recital and Fees

Is held in late spring or early summer each year.  The studio charges a one-time recital fee to offset the cost of producing the recital including venue rental, stagehands, props, and many other details.

Recital Costumes

Each class has one costume.  Deposit of $25 per student is due November 1, then the balance of your costume fees are due on/before February 1st.   Recital costumes will be ordered in December, but your costumes will not be ordered if this deposit has not been made.  All costumes are made to order and are non-returnable. If you choose not to participate in the recital after recital fee is paid and costumes have been ordered, you are still responsible for the balance owed.
